Vestal Festival 2025 Vendor Information

10am - 3pm

General information
Vendor site is 10ft wide by 10ft deep. Exhibitors must provide their own table, chairs, canopy (not to exceed 10' x 10') and canopy weights. Flee Market/Garage sale items are not permitted. All vendors are subject to Town Board approval. Notification of site number and location will be sent out to all vendors on May 16, 2025.

Cost is $25 per spot and you can reserve more than one.
All Vendors must apply by Friday, May 2, 2025.
