You can pay your water/sewer bill by: Check, Cash, Money Order, Credit Card, Electronic Check, or by using the drop box located in the Water Department at 701 Vestal Parkway West. We Do Not accept payments by phone.

Ebill & Autopay now available. You may sign up online, by phone or at the office

10% penalty will be assessed on all unpaid accounts the first business day after the due date. There is no grace period.

Payments made on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

As of 5/09/2023 we now offer an interactive web portal for customers to pay their bill, look up their bill, set up autopay & ebilling. We are no longer using Municipay for our processing company. This new portal will require all first time users to set up a new username & password.

Credit Card Payment Made Online

Now you can pay your water and/or sewer bill from the comfort of your home or office by using our online payment service. Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. A per transaction convenience fee of 2.50% or $2.50 minimum will be charged by the payment processing company for this service. As a government agency we cannot incur the cost of using a credit card.

Electronic Check Payments

The Town now accepts electronic check payments using our online payment service. Payments will be charged to your checking or savings account at your bank. You will need your 9-digit routing number, as well as your account number from your personal checks. A per transaction convenience fee of $2.50% or $2.50 minimum will be charged by the payment processing company for this service. 

All first time users will be required to validate their bank account before the first payment may be processed. This verification can take up to 1-3 business days depending on your bank. This requirement is a new federal mandate.

A fee of $25 will be applied by the Town of Vestal for all electronic checks returned for administration related to the non-payment. Please verify your bank account number & routing number are correct before submitting payment.
